Everything must pass through Gods hand.This sermon will explain why we must be Broken before we can Be Blessed.The Power in the process.
Matthew 26:26 As they were eating, Jesus took bread, gave thanks for it, and broke it. He gave to the disciples, and said, “Take, eat; this is my body.”
We all go through storms in Our Christian Walk with the lord and if you have not experienced this, please understand it’s not if its when the storm will arrive.Also I urge you to read a previous sermon of mine called Don’t Fight The Storm.
When we go through these storms in our lives we learn and we mature in Our Christian Walk and we will bear more fruit as well all this comes hand and hand .Some of our walks are harder than others stay in your lane don’t worry about another person walk.Each one of us have our own journey to go through each one of us God has created a unique and amazing purpose and plan and destiny for our lives from before we were born.Luke 12:7 But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Do not fear therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows. Pslam 139:17-18 How precious to me are your thoughts, O God! How vast is the sum of them! If I would count them, they are more than the sand. I awake, and I am still with you
Have you ever been driving down the highway and it was clear and sunny and dry out and not a cloud in the sky? Then as you keep passing each exit of the highway its getting cloudy and then darker and then rain starts drizzling, and then the rain gets harder and the wind is getting stronger. It’s becoming pitch black out as if it was night time. The rain is coming down like a hurricane and wind is blowing so hard you feel your car moving out of your lane you’re driving in ?
Welcome to the the storms we face in our personal lives some of us more than others.These storms are a process and God uses these storms to teach us and mold us and draw us closer to his presence.
I am calling this sermon Breaking and Blessing.God never, ever uses anything or anybody until they’re first broken.People throw broken things away, but God never really ever uses anything until He first breaks it.David said in Psalm 51:17 The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit,A broken and contrite heart,These , O God, You will not despise.
God performs this process to us over and over in our walk with him here on earth ,Let me explain this a little deeper beloved.The Breaking and Blessing is a process that will happen over and over and it will strengthen you and bring you closer to the Lord, and teach you how to lean on and trust in God during good times and in major life storms.
Which stage are you in today ?
We always think we want to be in the Blessing stage, but let me say I have learned more from the Breaking stage then the Blessing stage!!
For he is with us always and we need to never forget he will never forsake us. Deuteronomy 31:6 Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.
No matter how the enemy makes you feel.Remember things aren’t as they seem get the proper perspective of the situation out in and start praying for God to not take the storms away when they come , but to reveal what he wants to show you or tell you in the storms.God is in background working things out in your favor.
Romans 8:28 And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.
Seasons and difficulties need to be embraced and not prayed away there is a lot to learn in these trying times.Dont miss out on Gods best for your life by avoiding the storms.
James 1:2-6 Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters,[a] whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance.Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you. But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind.
